The ONE DOLLAR RULE is a cost savings initiative that is available to our customers relating to motor repairs.

How it works:

A motor is sent to our facility for repair.
We determine the cost to fix the motor.
The repair cost is compared to the price of a new motor of equal specificiations.
You (the customer) are notified of the associated costs.
If the repair cost is up to one dollar less than the amount to replace that motor,
Hupp Electric Motors should repair the motor for you.

Why?

Because Hupp Electric Motors can repair the motor to as good as or better than a new motor.
Our "Proven Excellence" certification verifies this fact.
Our warranty is equal to that of a new motor.
